Caliber Collision in Buda, TX is hiring an Auto Shop Helper to support daily production tasks in our busy service center. You will maintain housekeeping, assist in cleaning spray booths, move parts, and help keep tools and areas organized to keep repairs moving smoothly.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to follow SOPs while performing light maintenance, yard and lot upkeep, and supporting technicians.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
• Nice to have: Collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
• Ability to perform physical activity: reach, kneel, bend, squat; lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Understand written and verbal instructions; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose of unwanted parts.
• Assist in cleaning of spray booths and place tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs as needed.
• Follow Caliber SOP and center procedures to help teammates complete repairs timely.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Maintaining the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area including daily emptying of waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assist in cleaning of spray booths, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location, maintaining parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion and perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary. The Auto Shop Helper will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures, which allows teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS
