The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a full-time Service Valet to join our service team. The Service Valet role involves valeting vehicles, accepting tow-ins, maintaining cleanliness in the shop, test driving vehicles, and assisting technicians.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the service and shop bay areas.
• Helps track trucks and vehicles by recording customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive and shop area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Drives customers to their homes or places of business or delivers vehicles to guests as needed.
• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
• Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership team.
• Cleans service waiting area.
• Empties and cleans all trash receptacles.
• Maintains a professional discretion.
• Able to work in various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor).
• Maintains a friendly attitude while providing quality customer service for guests
