Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking a General Service Technician/Mechanic at our Brandermill location in Midlothian, VA. This full-time role offers a climate-controlled shop and predictable hours with weekends off.

You will perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and battery replacements, along with inspections and companion diagnostics. No prior franchise experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Entry level position with on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and basic repairs.
• Conduct state emission and safety inspections as applicable.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns and communicate repair needs to the service team.
• Complete courteous vehicle inspections and accurate maintenance reports.
• Assist with shop housekeeping and safety compliance.
