Easycare in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking skilled automotive technicians. You will diagnose and repair client and dealership vehicles while maintaining positive relationships with customers who rely on our honest service.

You’ll work with experienced technicians, plan procedures with the shop foreman, monitor repair times, and document work for each client.

A valid driver’s license is required; at least 1 year of experience or training, with compensation based on experience and excellent benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience or training; or equivalent combination.

Aufgaben

• Examine and diagnose vehicles.
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor.
• Communicate additional service requests to service advisor.
• Plan work procedures with shop foreman.
• Monitor repair time and update service advisor.
• Maintain adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care.
• Complete story/documentation for client repairs.
• Assist in mentoring technician trainees.
• Attend company and factory training.
• Keep current with factory technical bulletins.
• Understand and follow regulations (hazardous waste disposal).
