Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an automotive setting or completion of technical training.
• Willingness to learn in both shop and outdoor environments.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy tools and parts as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified technicians with repairs and maintenance.
• Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Learn dealership systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Stay dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
