Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Washington, PA, part of the Mavis Tire family, seeks General Service Technicians for oil, tire and lube services. No experience needed—paid training provided. Earn a guaranteed base plus weekly bonuses, with a 5-day work week and a strong path to ASE certification and internal promotions.

You’ll perform tire services, rotations, balancing, and basic vehicle maintenance, standing up to 50+ pounds, in a fast-paced shop with full benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; paid training provided.
• Willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services—rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service; earn weekly bonus payments on top of base pay.
