Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician in Urbana. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to dealer and factory standards. You’ll build customer trust through accurate work and clear communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Automotive service technician experience required.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunction and perform repair.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and team.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training.
• Keep the work area organized and safe.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
