Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a General Service Technician in Mabelvale, AR. You will mount, dismount, balance and rotate tires, perform oil changes, replace filters, and complete courtesy inspections while documenting findings.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of automotive service experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 70 lbs, and a customer‑oriented, detail‑driven approach. Weekend availability is required to support peak hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive service experience (tires, oil, brakes, suspension, alignments).
• Hands-on ability with preventive maintenance and light mechanical work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats, perform oil changes, replace filters.
• Perform courtesy inspections and document findings.
• Test and install batteries; diagnose and perform brake work.
• Handle suspension repairs and alignments; replace under-hood components.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
• Work as a team to deliver fast, accurate service.
