Qualifications
- Diagnostics and repair expertise with a focus on vehicles.
- Thorough multipoint inspections and accurate repair documentation.
- Customer service skills to assist technicians, managers and customers.
- Industry certifications preferred (ASE Master/Advanced).
- Experience leading or mentoring other techs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics on vehicles and identify needed repairs.
- Carry out thorough multipoint inspections.
- Execute mechanical and electrical repairs as required.
- Document repair orders clearly and accurately.
- Provide strong customer service and explain repair needs to customers.
