Job summary

Vancouver Toyota in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles. The role requires diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, communicating with service advisors, and completing work efficiently per repair orders.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• C- or B-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, AC, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed services and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
