Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional vehicle service and guest care.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time service.
• Communicate clearly with guests about vehicle status and needs.
• Keep the service area clean and presentable.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
