Job summary

Morgan Auto Group in Florida is actively seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians for our brand-new Morgan Chevy shop, part of the Morgan Automotive Group. We are the largest family-owned automotive group in the state and operate across 75 dealerships, offering a stable, growth-oriented career for skilled technicians.

*Potential for sign-on bonus and ASE/OEM compensation. We provide state-of-the-art facilities, PTO after 90 days, and industry-leading pay plans with year-end bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an automotive technician.
• Ability to diagnose vehicles and troubleshoot accurately.
• Capable of performing multipoint inspections.
• Strong documentation on repair orders and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform diagnostics on vehicles.
• Perform thorough multipoint inspections.
• Perform mechanical/electrical repairs as necessary.
• Ability to document on repair orders as necessary.
• Customer service skills when necessary.

• Pay or shift range: $25 USD to $45 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
