Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities in Kennewick, WA, is seeking a Service Technician. The role pays a flat rate of $25–$35 with a generous production bonus and reports to the Service Manager.

The position is onsite in Kennewick and invites candidates with automotive technician experience at any level. Candidates with ASE certifications and experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram are a big plus, along with diagnostic skills and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience welcomed at any level.
• Prefer ASE certifications.

• Diagnostic skills required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety.
• Document repair procedures and recommendations.
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards.
