Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member. No experience required; we train you to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill tires, and perform other light maintenance services. Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions!

We offer full‑time crew roles with flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement as you grow within the company, including internal promotions to leadership positions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will train you as a lube technician.
• Willing to learn, work hard and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
