Auto Systems Centers is seeking full-time Store Managers for a state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Sharonville, OH. You will supervise staff, drive sales, manage inventory and expenses, and lead technicians to ensure high-quality vehicle service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail store management or a relevant mix of education and training.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork and providing quality service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the store's operations, driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses.
• Manage personnel and control operating costs; supervise technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe repairs and maintenance; communicate with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.
