• Proven experience as automotive service advisor or manager.
• Strong multitasking skills and goal-driven.
• Ability to manage phones, customers, and software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on vehicle use.
• Maintain equipment and showroom in good condition.
• Deliver high levels of customer care and satisfaction.
