Goodyear’s Just Tires division is seeking a Store Manager in a Goodyear Auto Service center to lead a team, manage store operations, and drive profitability. You will schedule associates, oversee appointments, and track performance against targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on store management to achieve sales and guest-satisfaction goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: automotive sales or service experience.

Responsibilities

• Help drive, track, and reach sales and profitability goals through guest and employee interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, including compensation philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with workforce labor requirements and Goodyear Retail requirements.
• Lead, coach and direct store associates to ensure optimal store performance.
