Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred automotive sales or service experience.
• Automotive shop management experience or military equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive, track, and reach sales and profitability goals through guest and employee interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff, including compensation discussions.
• Ensure compliance with workforce labor requirements and Goodyear Retail standards.
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements to customers.
• Utilize guidelines to recommend products to guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
