Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development
