Alliance Dealer Solutions is seeking a Service Porter in Gilbert, AZ. You will prepare and move customer vehicles, keep the service drive organized, and support a smooth customer experience. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; prior similar experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required (GED acceptable).
• Valid Driver's License required for moving/positioning vehicles.
• Age 18+ required.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Preparation: prep the vehicle after greeting to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Vehicle Movement: move vehicles to front of service drive to keep area organized.
• Vehicle Relocation: move service vehicles to designated locations; record spot number; place keys properly.
• Vehicle Maintenance: ensure vehicles are well-maintained while in care and drive safely.
• Vehicle Delivery: ensure vehicle is clean and ready for pick-up; adjust radio/climate controls accordingly.
• Other Duties as Assigned: perform tasks to ensure smooth dealership operation.
