Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for our service lane in Charleston. You will provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests bringing in their vehicles for maintenance and repairs.

The role requires a friendly, outgoing attitude, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality suited to customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Assist and greet customers when they bring their vehicle in for service.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression for the service lane.
• Assist customers as they check in for service and move vehicles within the drive area.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth customer flow and timely handling.
