McGavock Toyota, Chevrolet, GMC in Pampa, Texas is seeking a Service Porter to deliver friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced service department. You will assist customers with their vehicles, help with loading and unloading items, and keep the area clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with their vehicles, including loading and unloading items.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized service department, including vacuuming, washing, and ensuring that the area is well-stocked.
• Provide assistance to service technicians as needed.
• Ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely fashion.
• Monitor the service department to ensure that all customer requests are handled properly.
• Ensure that all customer requests, paperwork, and reports are completed in a timely manner.
