Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, deliver a world-class service experience, and confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.

You’ll translate mechanical information into clear recommendations as liaison between customer and technician, perform visual inspections, document findings, and build lasting relationships.

This role requires weekends and offers competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and lead.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
