Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Pass background screening requirements.
• Full availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must have working knowledge of automotive technology and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell dealership products and services using effective sales techniques.
• Provide quality customer service in a negotiation-free environment.
• Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Close sales to attain gross profit and follow up post-sale for future opportunities.
• Set and pursue daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals; manage time effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
