Job summary

Heritage Volkswagen of Catonsville, part of MileOne Autogroup, is seeking a Sales Associate to join a premier dealership ranked #1 in volume. You’ll present features, build relationships with clients via email, phone and online requests, and help customers select the right vehicle with confidence.

We offer compensation from $31,200 to $100,000+ with uncapped commissions, plus training, mentoring, advancement opportunities, and access to a state-of-the-art CRM and large vehicle inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in retail or hospitality, preferably commission-based.
• Strong initiative and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build relationships via email, phone, and internet requests.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate features and benefits of dealership vehicles
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests, and other lead sources
• Present pricing options and negotiate pricing
• Provide a high level of customer service before and after the sale
• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training
