Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred (any industry); auto sales a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to succeed.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Valid NY State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives in a professional and safe manner.
• Negotiate and close sales in a clear, ethical, and customer-first manner.
• Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough and accurate sales documentation.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership processes.
• Participate in training and team meetings; mentor new team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
