Responsibilities

• Grow the sales department by coaching and supporting Salespersons.
• Assist in closing sales and actively participate in vehicle price negotiation.
• Appraise incoming vehicles, conduct sales meetings and trainings, supervise staff for policy compliance.
• Stock an efficient and profitable inventory, plan and control dealership sales activities.
• Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.
