Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles and meet dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and explain features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Set income goals aligned with dealership standards and develop plans to achieve them.
• Maintain prospect development and owner follow-up systems for repeat/referral business.
• Stay updated on inventory, features, accessories, and tech changes in vehicles.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager, service, and body shop to meet timelines.
• Understand relevant laws governing retail auto sales and depreciation.
