Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring for a Sales Associate and Sales Manager to grow store sales while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires handling customer needs, daily calls to boost sales, and ensuring accurate work orders are completed per policy.

Benefits include weekly pay, a monthly spiff and store bonus, with clear career paths from Sales Associate to Service Manager and General Manager. This is a full-time on-site position based in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Competenze

Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on Saturdays.
Must stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Mansioni

Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
Drives sales growth for store location, including making customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion, fully and accurately following company policy, programs and procedures.
Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
Takes accountability for the presentation of the property, including inside and outside the store.
Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
Assists in the shop as necessary.
