Kia on Atlantic in Jacksonville, Florida, is hiring Sales Advisors who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy rewarding their efforts. The role offers unlimited earning potential with an average pay range of $75,000–$150,000 per year and the chance to earn more based on performance.

You will make a minimum of 100 calls per day, deliver outstanding customer service, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records. Full-time benefits include comprehensive insurance and a 401(k).

Formación

• Previous car sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Professional attitude with confidence in customer interactions.
• Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow processes.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Ability to listen actively and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Must be willing to work Saturdays and some Sundays.
