Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Automotive knowledge or experience in automotive retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide clear, professional automotive advice to create positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment and support daily tasks.
• Suggest products, services, and promotions to help achieve sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, organize inventory, and follow proper POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and PPE safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Read vehicle codes using diagnostics tools and recommend solutions.
