Job summary

AAA in Tempe, AZ seeks an Auto Repair Technician to join our team and maintain high-quality service for members and vehicles.

You will perform approved repairs, follow industry standards, maintain safety, and stay current with training and parts orders while communicating with managers and technicians.

Requirements include a valid driver's license and at least five years as an auto technician; ASE Master Certification and L1 are a plus. Benefits include holidays, PTO, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• At least five years’ experience as an automobile technician.
• ASE Master Certification and L1 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Performs approved repairs on vehicles.
• Follows industry standards and completes repairs as requested by customers.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment, follows safety regulations, and reports unsafe conditions.
• Keeps up to date on industry trends and repair procedures, attends training.
• Verifies parts orders, performs digital inspections, and communicates with managers and technicians.
• Responsible for the safety and accuracy of repairs.
