Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• 2-5 years automotive refinishing experience.
• I-CAR certification preferred.
• Comply with safety requirements ( respirator safety, fit test ).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Refinish all assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition following work-order and SOPs.
• Prepare color tint to match paint, mix colors, ensure formulations and coatings meet OEM standards.
• Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines.
• Assist in prep work when necessary.
• Ensure complete paint operations and proper reassembly before delivery to body technician.
• Adhere to hazardous waste disposal regulations.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
