Job summary

Auto Pro Alcoa is seeking a skilled and dedicated B Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and vehicles.

The successful candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results; hours are 8AM–6PM, Monday to Friday, with pay between $1,000 and $1,500 per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training preferred.
• Proven experience as a technician or mechanic.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have own tools.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to read manuals, diagrams and schematics.
• Effective communication with team and clients.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving.
• Physical stamina to lift and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, vehicles, or machinery to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on mechanical components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering systems.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair schedules and ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Document all repairs, maintenance procedures, and parts used accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and techniques to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, tools, and equipment.

The B Technician will play a crucial role in performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and vehicles. Pay $1000-$1500k per week

• Automotive ASE's preferred

• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, vehicle components, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Physical stamina and agility to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
