Job Description

Manage wholesale auto parts sales to independent repair shops, body shops, and fleet customers. Handle parts ordering, inventory management, invoicing, and customer communications. Provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale auto parts sales to independent repair shops, body shops, and fleet customers
• Handle parts ordering, inventory management, invoicing, and customer communications
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person for wholesale parts clients
• Use OEM parts catalogs and dealership systems to ensure accurate parts lookups
• Coordinate parts deliveries and maintain timely order fulfillment
• Support the Parts Manager with sales growth strategies and wholesale initiatives
• Stay current on OEM parts, aftermarket parts, and pricing trends
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Automotive Parts Sales experience preferred (Wholesale Auto Parts Sales, Parts Counter Sales, Dealership Parts Department, Fleet Parts Sales or Body Shop Parts Supply backgrounds)
• Knowledge of auto parts terminology, ordering systems, and inventory control
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Basic computer proficiency, including parts catalog software
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
