Job summary

Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to assist with physical inventories and audits to ensure accurate warehouse counts and procedures. The role supports the Parts Warehouse Inc.

division and requires familiarity with standard warehouse practices. Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or equivalent and basic computer skills, with experience using Vision/JMO Inventory software.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college; or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups.
• Basic math and algebra/geometry; ability to calculate discounts, percentages, volumes.
• Basic computer skills; Vision and JMO Inventory software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories to verify and correct counts.
• Audit warehouse inventory for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Complete audit reports and send to Inventory Manager.
• Research inventory discrepancies to determine cause.
• Demonstrate understanding of warehouse management and order systems.
• Perform other incidental duties as required or assigned.
