Keystone Automotive Operations is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Brownstown, MI location. You will help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment, joining a dynamic team focused on accuracy and growth.

This role offers multiple shifts, competitive pay, and incentives, including a $1,000 retention bonus for continuous, full-time employment. Training on equipment is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders all day.
• Work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (training provided).
• Ensure inventory accuracy and correct parts/quantities at every step.
• Communicate with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety protocols.
