Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or college degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors store sales performance daily, weekly, monthly and YTD.
• Identifies problems and solves them effectively.
• Develops good customer relations and maintains high service levels.
• Addresses customer questions promptly.
• Supervises and coaches store employees.
• Monitors and recognizes performance of employees.
• Ensures proper processes to minimize inventory shrinkage.
• Receives merchandise timely and stores it properly.
• Maintains safe work environment and timely HazMat training.
• Minimizes employee time loss due to Worker’s Comp injuries.
• Follows Company policies.
• Works with District office to maintain procurement card controls.
• Builds vendor relationships and negotiates pricing, inventory and service.
