• Proficient in managing, analyzing, and reconciling Profit & Loss statements

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and develop the team to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel.
• Assume responsibility for store operations and the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Motivate employees to excel in their roles and enhance productivity.
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with customers.
• Follow up on tasks and provide timely updates; address customer concerns professionally.
• Conduct opening/closing procedures and manage safety compliance, PPE usage, and risk control.
• Drive WOW! customer service, maintain store appearance, merchandising excellence, and profitability analysis.
• Delegate merchandising tasks, provide performance feedback, and foster a culture of success.
