Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Foster clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Help meet sales targets and optimize inventory and cash flow.
• Oversee store operations in absence of Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager.
• Lead WOW! customer service and resolve concerns proactively.
• Drive productivity and retain high-performing staff; ensure merchandising and cleanliness.
• Enforce PPE use and promote workplace safety.
• Support budgeting and monitor expenses to maximize profitability.
