You will oversee hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management while ensuring a safe, productive work environment is maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in retail.
• Strong profitability and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Selection, hiring, development, performance mgmt., coaching, scheduling and engagement of store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Coach Team Members to deliver on Customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Manager on duty responsibilities (coaching, floor/phone mgmt., task assignment).
• Lead change management and foster diversity.
