Job summary

Home Run Auto Group's Portage Ford location is seeking an entry level Parts Advisor. Flexible weekday hours with rotating Saturdays, and a pay up to $60,000 annually. Training is provided for candidates with strong customer service skills who want to start a career in auto parts and service.

You will generate service order estimates, schedule appointments, explain costs, and follow up with customers. This role emphasizes multitasking, organization, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with training provided.

• Willing to work flexible hours including rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Generate service order estimations and quotes for customers.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
• Conduct post-repair follow up and customer service.
• Explain costs and service time requirements to customers.
• Educate customers on work completed and any cost adjustments.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
