Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice.
• Engage with customers to deliver WOW! Customer Service and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and maintain store operations.
• Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Use diagnostic tools to assist customers with vehicle issues and recommended solutions.
