Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of automotive parts department experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories promptly.
• Accurately price parts using the proper pricing source and update records.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and satisfy inquiries.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location.
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and orderly manner.
• Provide customers with needed information and upsell opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
