Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Florida seeks a Salesperson to support the DIY business, achieve sales and service objectives, and provide excellent customer experiences in-store and by phone.

You will use store systems, perform DIY services like battery tests, installations, stock management, and help with inventory and safety practices. Prior sales experience and basic math and communication skills are valued; must be able to work some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
