Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom, ensuring programs are followed.
• Answer phone calls according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders promptly and communicate shipments.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are smooth and accurate.
• Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Coordinate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks with the team.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-in/out practices.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
