Job summary

Fenix Parts in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Automotive Parts Puller to remove parts from vehicles in our salvage yards, focusing on the safe and efficient extraction of doors, seats, mirrors, body panels, pumps, hoods, trunks, and alternators.

As a key team member, you’ll use forklifts to move parts, inspect for defects, label items, and input data into our systems, while maintaining an orderly workspace and completing required paperwork daily.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on automotive mechanic experience including repair/removal of parts.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Own and maintain essential mechanical tools.

Responsibilities

• Locate, identify, and remove auto parts from vehicles in salvage yards.
• Use forklifts and lift equipment to move parts between storage areas.
• Inspect parts for defects, label and tag items, and input data into systems.
• Organize and dispose of scrap and core materials to designated areas.
• Keep the work area orderly and complete paperwork diligently.
