Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Sales Associate. This role involves providing expert advice and support to DIY customers, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store standards. Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts and demonstrate excellent customer communication skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required. Competitive pay range of $14.95 to $16.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus).
• Experience in sales and customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
