Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Springfield, TN. This full-time position requires strong knowledge of automotive systems and excellent sales acumen. Responsibilities include assisting DIY customers, managing inventory and ensuring top-notch customer service. Candidates must have 3-5 years of automotive experience and effective communication skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Must complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for customers.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory processes.
