A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Montgomery, AL. This full-time position involves supporting DIY customers with expert automotive knowledge and sales skills. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive experience and strong communication abilities. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts
